Our Founder’s Experience in Syria | 2005–2007
YAZ founder and civil engineer Fadi Hamsho gained early field surveying experience in Syria between 2005 and 2007.
His work included topographic surveys of villages in the Homs region, surveying in the city of Talkalakh and surrounding rural areas, road surveys, and surveying support for an excavation contractor.
These assignments developed practical experience in terrain measurement, levels, road geometry and the surveying requirements of excavation and earthworks.
This personal experience predates the establishment of YAZ in Riyadh in 2015 and provides a local foundation for the company’s services in Syria today.
