YAZ Development for Surveying & Contracting is a surveying and geospatial engineering company established in Riyadh in 2015, with leadership experience since 2005 and more than 50 active surveying teams.

Who we are
YAZ is built around its field surveying teams. From its base in Riyadh it works on construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, from stadiums and towers to metro lines, parks and roads.
Clients work with YAZ in two ways. YAZ can deliver a defined scope, such as a topographic survey, a 3D laser scan, a Scan to BIM model or a monitoring programme. Or it can supply equipped surveying teams that work on site as part of the client’s project team, for setting-out, as-built checks and survey control.
Every job is tied to survey control, checked before it is issued, and delivered in the formats the client’s engineers already use. YAZ is also the exclusive Hi-Target agent in Saudi Arabia, and runs YAZ Academy, a free seminar programme for engineers and surveyors.
