Who we are

YAZ Development for Surveying & Contracting (“YAZ”, “we”) is based at King Abdulaziz Branch Road, King Fahd District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For anything in this policy, write to info@yazdv.com.

What we collect

Forms. When you send a job application, register for YAZ Academy or request a quotation, we store what you type: your name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, location, professional details, your message and, for job applications, the CV you upload.

Visits. To count visitors we record, for each visit, the pages opened, the country, the device type, the language and the referring site. We do not use cookies for this and we do not store your IP address: a short one-way code made from your address, browser and the day lets us count one visitor once, and it cannot be traced back or followed across days.

We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to see which pages are visited and how visitors find the site. Ahrefs states that this service does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

WhatsApp, phone and e-mail. If you contact us through these channels, the service you use also handles your message.

Why we use it

Job applications: to consider you for current and future roles in Saudi Arabia and our growth in Syria. Academy registrations: to tell you the dates of seminars and, if you tick the separate box, to send news and offers. Quotation requests: to reply with a quotation. Visit counts: to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who can see it

Only the YAZ team. Your submissions are kept in a private cloud database and CV files in private storage, opened only after a staff sign-in. Our hosting and storage provider (Vercel) and, when switched on, our e-mail provider (Resend) process data for us under their own security terms.

How long we keep it

Job applications stay in the talent database for as long as they are useful for hiring and are deleted when you ask. Academy registrations are kept until the programme ends or you ask us to remove them. Quotation requests are kept for our project records. Visit records are anonymous and kept in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time, or to stop receiving academy news, by writing to info@yazdv.com from the address you used. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for adults and students over 16. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the new version here and update the date above.
